Sometimes, you can not submit your form by network problem. But there are 2 cases you may meet: - you forget configuring domain at https://forms.cleverbooster.com/settings/domains. CB - Form Builder Pro just allows to submit from whitelist domains. You have to set the domain before embedding your form snippet into site - you might get 30 submissions for the cycling month.
